At the recent visit to the WeWork Pyrmont offices in Sydney on February 13, 2019, Derek Adelman, the co-founder of Fanplayr, shared the tremendous opportunity presented by behavioral e-commerce in the region. According to Forrester, Asia Pacific (China, Japan, South Korea, India, and Australia) forecast total online retail revenues jump from USD 862 billion in 2016 to USD 1.4 trillion in 2021. Australia generated over USD 16 billion in 2018 (IBISWorld 2018) from online sales.
